Family Reunification

If you are married to a Mexican citizen (or have Mexican children), you may qualify for residency through the family reunification pathway — with no income or savings requirements.

How It Works

Your Mexican citizen spouse or child files a petition at their local INM office. Once approved, you receive an authorization letter to present at a Mexican consulate for your visa appointment.
